What if you decided to discover who you are outside of your insecurities and limiting beliefs?
What if you decided to discover who you are outside of your insecurities and limiting beliefs? Through this growth journey, I have found strength in my vulnerability by sharing my stories and I encourage you to share yours. I have learned that my testimony is not for me but for the world.
Come along with me as we find healing and self-discovery. We’re cultivating wellness in mind, body, and spirit so that we can live our lives on purpose. Let’s get back to who God created us to be.
A few years ago, I started a blog titled HerJourney2Self. While I wrote a few posts, I never promoted them. I was fearful. I was afraid of people knowing me. Of really seeing me.
“Vulnerability was the re-birth of HerJourney2Self.”
Fast forward a few years
It was February 2020. I had just given birth to a beautiful baby girl. A short two weeks later, the world completely changed.
I became a first-time mom during one of the most challenging times of our history. I struggled with trying to process the emotional weight of my past, present, and future.
My maternity leave from the fitness studio had just begun and I knew that I was going to be on a hiatus from acting. But I still wanted to create.
HerJourney2Self was still very much a part of me. It was time for me to let go of fear and shame. It was time for me to speak.
