The Bible mentions the word heart over seven hundred times. The heart represents the inner man, mind, memory, knowledge, and soul. It is the center of our very being. We know the damaging effects poor posture can have on our physical bodies, but what about the posture of our hearts? Is your heart upright and open to the will and Word of God? The Lord transforms us from the inside out. His Word instructs us, corrects us, and leads us. As you meditate on God’s Word, study these bible verses for a holy heart posture.

‘The precepts of the Lord are right, making the heart glad; the command of the Lord is radiant, making the eyes light up. ‘
