Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the color of the leaves, the cool weather, the comfy sweaters, the warm drinks, and even the predictable yet heartfelt movies. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m a fall girly! There are so many fun things you can do as a family or even with your church community. Below, I have compiled an Autumn bucket list to help you celebrate the color of the season!

Autumn Bucket List
Go Apple Picking
Apple picking is a great activity to do as a couple, family, or even with a church group. Then use the apples to make a delicious fall dish like apple pie. Yum!
Visit A Pumpkin Patch
If you have children, this may be a great outing to explore. Some have other attractions like hayrides and petting zoos. If you’re picking a pumpkin to use for baking, be sure to choose the right pumpkin patch to go to.
Shop Your Local Farmer’s Market
Support your local farmers and merchants while also enjoying the festive treats of the season.
Host A Food Drive
As we enter the colder months and the holidays approach, now is a great time to host a food drive to help families in need prepare. And remember, food pantries are in need year-round, especially during the summer.
Pass Out Prayer Leafs
If you are into arts and crafts then this is definitely for you! Spread the love and Word of God creatively. You can pass these out at church events, or family gatherings, leave them in your neighbor’s mailboxes, or even give them to strangers on the street!
Have An Autumn Photoshoot
I love a good reason to do a photoshoot! Pick out some coordinating outfits, pick a picturesque location, and snap the pic. If no one else is up for the photo op, a solo photoshoot is always fun too!
Host A Pumpkin Spice Potluck
Everyone loves to eat! So why not enjoy some great food and great company? Create a pumpkin menu for your next Bible study, life group, or family gathering.
Bring In Some Fall Decor
Switching up your home decor for the fall season can put you in a comfy mood. And while some of my favorite pieces from Jenessa Wait are not season-specific, she has some beautiful items that glorify God to choose from. Shop Jenessa Wait here! Don’t forget to use my code TAMARA for 15% off!
Donate Warm Clothes & Blankets
This may be a comfy and cozy season, but that’s not the case for everyone. As Christians, we are called to be charitable and a light to the world. So let’s not forget to give cheerfully. And not just this season, but all year long.
Take A Candle Making Glass
All the candle lovers please raise your hand. I’m raising both of my hands! I’m definitely a candle lover and what else screams fall like candles? Taking a candle-making class can be a great idea for a group outing or even date night!
Try A New Recipe
Explore the spices of the season with a new recipe. Maybe even buy a new cookbook! It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and into a new dish.
Enjoy The Season!
That wraps up our autumn bucket list. Remember to enjoy the season and have fun!
With Love,
Tamara
