A Renewed Faith

The springtime blooms are but a few short weeks away. Pretty soon, the melodic sounds of the morning birds will usher us into a new season. As we transition into fresh florals and budding trees where nature awakens, I am also hopeful for a renewed faith.

Make His Word Known

We all grow weary. The demands of life, family, and even ministry can overwhelm us. Societal pressures and current events can consume us. Even the most faithful can feel as if they are faithless. However, we have a Lord who is an ever-present help. We have a Father who cares deeply for His children. Like Elijah, when the weight of the call seems too big and heavy to carry, God steps in for us. He provides, He gives rest, and He reassures in a still small voice. The Lord is with us.

The purpose, the assignment, the call, can exhaust us. The suffering can appear unending, the work unfruitful, and the walk lonely. But the Lord is near, and His presence is available to us. Our weakness is His strength. So don’t run away. Instead, run to Him. Allow Him to breathe new life into you and restore your soul. Put your hope back in the hands of the Lord. As the earth springs forth into a new season, I pray that your passion for the Lord and His Kingdom is renewed. May you have a newfound faith, eager to do the work of the Father. Put your trust in the One who is eternal. For the earth is crying out, crying out for revival. The Lord is raising up sons and daughters, disciples, who will make His Word known.

With Love,

Tamara

Scripture To Meditate On

‘Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God. ‘

Romans 12:2

‘to take off the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires, to be renewed Or desires; renew in the spirit of your minds, and to put on Or minds; and put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth. ‘

Ephesians 4:22-24

‘Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.  For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. ‘

Colossians 3:2-4

‘Finally brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable — if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy — dwell on these things. ‘

Philippians 4:8
