Tamara Jackson-Morris

My name is Tamara and I’m an Artist. I fell in love with performance art at a young age and the desire never left me.

Eventually, my journey led me into the health and fitness world where I became a certified Fitness and Pilates Instructor. My experience inspired a desire within me to bridge the gap between artistry and wellness through storytelling.

I refer to myself as a Wellness Artist, meaning that most of my work is rooted in reflection, healing, and devotion to God.

I’m also the creator and host of the podcast, HerJourney2Self. Here is where I find strength in my vulnerability by sharing my stories and encouraging you to share yours. I have learned that my testimony is not for myself but for the world.

When I’m not creating, you can find me snuggled up next to my husband and four-year-old daughter watching a good movie, and eating vegan cookies.

I started performing because I loved the way it transformed me. I continued because I saw the way it transformed the audience.
